Smokin’ Robust Porter

This was brewed back in the beginning of November ‘08. It has been well received by Tim and everyone who tried it during his super bowl party.
Beers like this + cold weather = bliss.
Ingredients:
| 11.75 lb | Maris Otter Pale Malt |
| 4 oz | Flaked Rye |
| 8 oz | Belgian Special B |
| 8 oz | Rye Malt |
| 8 oz | Chocolate Malt |
| 2 oz | Black Malt |
| 2 oz | Smoked Malt |
| Single Infusion Mash @ 153F – 60 Minutes OG: 1.056 |
Hops:
| 3 oz | Williamette | 4.3% AA | 60 Minutes |
| 1 oz | Fuggles | 3.67% AA | 15 Minutes |
| 1 oz | Fuggles | 3.67% AA | Dry Hopped |
Yeast:
| WLP002 – English Ale | 64F (21 Days) |
