Why I do not Post Content on Facebook

This article over at The Consumerist about the Facebook terms of service and more recently this article at The Standard depicts the confusion around the terms of service that Facebook employs.
While I am happy to see that Facebook appears to be doing the right thing in terms of content ownership an easier solution for me is to not post anything on their service. Assuredly this is somewhat Draconian but that is OK with me.
