I always thought the track and the ancient facility were in the wrong location anyway. The preakness would be the only time I would ever visit that neighborhood. For around here, needs to be a multi-use facility. Drove past the race track in Lexington KY, and it was a world of difference, not like the "hood" of baltimore.
