		<description>Sadly, the state of Maryland misses out on another opportunity for easy tax revenue.  The market will find a way -- and Marylanders will continue to pursue other back channel ways to acquire their favorite wines, spirits, etc all the while bypassing paying Maryland taxes on these products.  If only there were some intelligence left in the legislative halls of Annapolis... oh wait, nevermind, this is Maryland.</description>
