I’ll be covering many topics on this site primarily focused on fermentables, food & frolicking.   This includes the occasional restaurant/concert review and of course the fermentables!  Chances are that if I think its worth saying, I’m going to post it!

Background: I’m a early thirty something currently living in the Baltimore metropolitan area. I lean towards fiscal conservative policies and civil liberties (an independent). I work as a software architect for AIS out of my home office.

I’m an avid homebrewer and love to share my beer with my friends. From time to time I’ll post recipes and explain more about my setup. In my spare time, I’ve been working on some software that will help me keep track of the process of devising recipes. More on that later.
